Renaissance BioScience Appoints Blair Jordan to the Company’s Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 2, 2023 — Renaissance BioScience Corp., a leading global bioengineering company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Blair Jordan to the Company’s Board of Directors. 

Mr. Jordan is currently the CEO and co-founder of HighMont Advisors Inc., a North American strategy and finance consultancy, where he specializes in advising companies undergoing transitions, including rapid growth, M&A and private to public events. He has extensive management and Board experience, and has previously served as VP Corporate Development, CFO and Interim CEO of public companies, and currently sits on several public and private company boards, where he is also the chair or a member of Audit, Governance, Compensation and Strategic Committees. Mr. Jordan was previously a Managing Director at Echelon Wealth Advisors in Canada, and a Director at Credit Suisse (London, New York and Tokyo).  He holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at The University of Chicago, and an LLB from the University of British Columbia.
